D17 met Thursday. May 9th @ St. Thomas Lutheran Church for its Monthly Business Meeting.
D17. covers an Area between 16 Mile Rd and 8 Mile Rd, Dequindre Rd., and Jefferson Ave. There were 15 GSRs present.
Old Business included an update to our GSR information packet project. This project is ongoing, and we continue to update monthly.
We also discussed the success of our AA Historical Bus Tour of Detroit. 42 people attended. We received many complements.
New business consisted of discussing our annual Summer Picnic. We secured the Park of choice (Veterans Park in Warren) the date is August 10th . Pulling a permit for music is now in the works.
