Cheryl B. reported that the committee is off and running, meeting weekly on Tuesday nights with 7 members.

The proposed scope, procedures, goals, and timeline were accepted by the committee. The timeline is aggressive but they are keeping up.

Sue F. and Cheryl B. attended the Finance Committee meeting and received great direction on some of the financial items in the guidelines.
