Ad Hoc Committees are formed with a specific purpose in mind, and once that purpose is fulfilled, the committee is typically disbanded.
A motion to form an Area 33 Ad Hoc Committee can be made by any eligible member during new business. When an Ad Hoc Committee is formed, a Chair is elected and shall serve as long as the committee exists.
